Shipping Policy

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

-Flat Rate USPS Priority shipping.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 24 hour processing time from time of order. All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of order time. Priority shipping is 2-3 day delivery estimate.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking orders can be requested once delivery time has elapsed.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Tour Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your tour 24 hours before the tour date and time, you will be not be charged. If you cancel within 24 hours or no show, you will be charged 100% of the price. If the tour is canceled because of bad weather or a breakdown, we will refund your booking.
